this is just so typical. the american feminist establishment has their priorities so screwed up it’s ridiculous. for example, you would think that the plight of millions of women in the middle east who have no rights at all would have american feminists outraged. this is not the case. they instead have to moan about our patriarchal society brainwashing poor natalie portman into thinking that motherhood just might trump career accomplishments. this article from the weekly standard delves deeper into this phenomenon. it’s really fantastic, long but totally worth reading.
